Allow me to introduce what I refer to as the “puggle suckle”.
Both of our puggles have been very good about only chewing on their designated toys (not on couches, shoes, etc.) but they both love to suck on things. Strange huh? I’m not really sure what possesses them to engage in this behavior but I have spoken to other puggle owners and some of their dogs do it as well . Read the rest of this entry »
Today we took Gracie (our 11 week old puggle) to the vet for her second DHLPP shot. From what I understand the letters can best be understood as such:
D - Distemper
H - Hepatitis
L - Leptosporosis
P - Parainfluenza
P - Parvovirus
What a mouthful!
Anyways, Gracie seems to have had an allergic reation to the shot. Read the rest of this entry »
That’s right! We now have two puggles. We picked up our little Gracie from a local breeder on New Year’s Eve. She is now two months old and much more resembles a pug than Duke. She is the most cuddly ball of fire we have ever seen. I have added pictures of her to the page entitled “Gracie Pics” in the right hand column of this site’s navigation.
